RSK Disc Coupling
RSK disc coupling features high torque/size ratio. It has no parts that show wear and does not require lubrication. Easy to install coupling, with “Drop Out” type spacer.
Recommended to accommodate angular, parallel and axial misalignments. Supports work at high temperatures. Produced with replaceable stainless steel blades. Its design and installation allow visual inspection without the need to disassemble the equipment.
Inherently balanced. It has high torsional rigidity, but low axial rigidity. Optional items include spacer size, modified hubs and special materials.
There are no torsional gaps, maintaining synchronization between coupled equipment. It has a high rotation capacity. Its dynamic balancing can be configured according to customer specifications.
Constructed with machining to high precision standards. Especially suitable for Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industries.
FEATURES
Antares RSK couplings are completely metallic. Composed of two hubs, a central spacer, two sets of stainless steel blades screwed together with high resistance screws. Replacing the blades is easy, simple and can be done without moving the equipment. Coupling with anti-fly characteristics.
• Fully complies with API 610 standard.
• Fully complies with API 671 standard upon request.
