AT Flexible Coupling

The AT Flexible Coupling absorbs misalignments and mechanical shocks, in addition to reducing vibrations and noise. As a result, the traditional line of flexible couplings from Antares presents all the benefits of absorbing misalignment, simple maintenance, economy, noise reduction, vibration, and shock dampening, along with other advantages. Moreover, they require no lubrication.

Absorbs Misalignments

Misalignment is the cause of 50% of bearing collapses, since machine elements (bearings, seals, gears) are normally not prepared for the bending induced in the shaft.

Because it is flexible, the Antares AT Line Coupling absorbs misalignments, reducing effort and increasing the useful life of the components.

Additionally, it has hubs and flanges made of steel, which provides greater resistance and reliability to the material. They are designed in accordance with DIN 740-1 and DIN 740-2. Furthermore, the main applications of the product comply with the AGMA 922 Standard.

Important Information About AT Flexible Coupling

In terms of maintenance, it is faster: only three parts make up the product. Moreover, the alignment tolerance is greater, and the elastic center has high durability. Therefore, it is not necessary to move the engine for replacement.

Additionally, they provide an efficient reduction in noise levels by isolating vibrations and shocks between the engine and the machine. On top of that, Antares offers a full 2-year warranty from the date of supply.

As long as there are no cuts in the elastic center, the balance is always the same.

FEATURES

• Simple Maintenance: Maintenance is faster, only 3 parts make up the product. The alignment tolerance is larger and the elastic center has high durability. No need to move engine for replacement

• No Lubrication

• Steel Hubs: Hubs and Flanges made of steel, which provides greater resistance and reliability to the material

• Elastic Centers for Aggressive Environments (ANTAC) or for higher vibrations (FEATHER)
