The Elastic Coupling SW have and excelent performance in the food industry. It is the case of the picture's application which shows our product installed in mill sluices.
IIn the picture's application, the manufacturer had difficulties with its equipment because the former coupling solution - a pin and bushing model - used to break during the irrigation. After replacing with Antares coupling, there were no more breaking nor more losses for the customers.
Antares developed a set of couplings to compensate the displacements of the equipment in a sugar mill, which were interfering in the system operation. The Second Mill operation was completely affected.
The solution was a Flexible Coupling AT 200 AXIAL, which is in operation for already two harvest periods in satisfactory and uninterrupted operation.
