Line TA Split has a unique installation system, which ensures the fixing of the elastic center by tightening the screws.

 

Detail of attachment
The elastic element is clamped between hub and flange. The tightening of the screws ensures the bonding strength of ELASTOMER - METAL.

   

 

Direction fixing screws
The bolts are fixed in the axial direction, which means they are not positioned in the direction of rotation. Therefore they are also not subject to release by the action of centrifugal force, a recurrent problem in other split couplings.

 

Longer life cycle, since the fixing of the elastomer with the metal does not undergo the action of aggressive environment or centrifugal force (acting in the perpendicular direction to the axis of rotation, keeping them away from the material bodies); 

Total security because the elastomer does not suffer disengagement;

Increased torque capacity, making the product compact in comparisson other split couplings.
