• Easy Maintenance
Irrespective of the distance between the shaft ends, it is not necessary to move equipment to replace the elastic element. Only three (3) screws are used to fasten the metallic cap in all models.

• Visual Inspection
You do not need to disassemble the coupling to check the elastic element condition.

• Lubrication Free

• Total Safety
The metallic cap is a one-piece part manufactured from 1020 steel type. Fitted with anti-corrosion protection for longer durability. The screws are of the self-locking type.

• Absorbs Misalignments and Vibrations

• Application
For torque ranges between 37 and 12.350 Nm and shafts of up to 115mm. Operates in temperatures of up to 95º Celsius degrees (conventional) and 121º Celsius degrees) (UK Line).

Optimizes the installation and maintenance procedures of the equipment.
1st step: Install the two metallic hubs on the shafts and align.
 
2nd step: Install the elastic element.
 
3rd step: Overlap the metallic cap and tighten the three screws in the radial way.
